Guacamole – Klassischer Avocado-Dip

Zutaten:

  • 3 reife Avocados
  • 1 kleine Zwiebel, fein gewürfelt
  • 1 Tomate, entkernt und gewürfelt
  • 1 Limette (Saft)
  • 1-2 Chilischoten (je nach Schärfevorliebe), entkernt und fein gewürfelt
  • Salz und Pfeffer nach Geschmack
  • Frischer Koriander, fein gehackt

Zubereitung:

  1. Die Avocados halbieren, den Kern entfernen und das Fruchtfleisch in eine Schüssel geben.
  2. Mit einer Gabel das Fruchtfleisch zerdrücken, bis eine cremige Konsistenz entsteht.
  3. Zwiebel, Tomaten, Chili und Koriander hinzufügen.
  4. Den Limettensaft unterrühren und mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.
  5. Die Guacamole mit Tortillachips oder als Beilage zu Tacos servieren.

Tipp: Für eine noch frischere Variante kannst du die Guacamole mit etwas Knoblauch oder Jalapeño anpassen.
